PD Plan

Professional development (PD) is an important part of supporting continuous learning and growth for the staff at Calmar Elementary School. Throughout the school year, teachers and support staff engage in professional learning that is connected to our school goals, student needs, and effective teaching and learning practices.

Our PD days provide opportunities for staff to collaborate, reflect on student learning, build professional capacity, and strengthen the practices that support student success. In addition to school-directed learning, staff also participate in jurisdiction-directed and self-directed professional development throughout the year.
