The Calmar PTA is proud to run the Hot Lunch Program!
All proceeds from hot lunches go directly toward helping fund the Birch Bay Grade 6 year-end field trip 
*HOT LUNCHES EVERY FRIDAY AND EVERY 2ND MONDAY *

We offer fun and tasty options like Subway and Booster Juice.
 -Some gluten-free options are available for Subway
- Booster Juice has dairy-free options.
IMPORTANT INFO
For your convenience hot lunches can be ordered weekly, monthly or you can choose to order all lunches at one time. See below for
the individual closing dates for each hot lunch and each month. Please note that NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND
ALL ORDERS ARE DUE by 9pm OF THE CLOSING MARKED DATE BELOW. Orders Close 1 Week BEFORE the Hot Lunch Date
for vendors to have their proper numbers.

How to Register (You must register every year!)
Due to privacy rules, you need to register again at the start of the school year — even if you’ve ordered last school year.
1. Go to ces.hotlunches.net
2. Click on “Click Here to Register.”
3. Enter the access code: CEHL
4. Complete the registration form (make sure to include your email address)
5. Click “Register Now.”
6. Add each child in your family who attends Calmar Elementary (if it doesn’t show automatically, click on the Children tab and enter
their name and class)
7. Once your child(ren) are added, click on “Orders” to place lunch orders
8. Pay online using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex) or through your PayPal account
 Order deadlines are always posted on the home page — don’t miss out!
Its always cut off 1 week before the Hot Lunch

Volunteers Needed
We’re always looking for parents to help!
Hot lunch days usually need a 1.5-hour commitment from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Mondays OR Fridays
