Congratulations CES High Jump Team
The CES High Jump Team competed in the Black Gold High Jump Competition on Thursday, may 23. Every member of the team beat their personal best that was set during practices. Way to go! Special mention goes out to two of the members of the team, Laura McDonald and Braedon Wilson. Laura and Braedon placed in the top 10 in their respective categories! Great job, Laura and Braedon! A special thank you to Mr. Jones for coaching the team.
Jump Rope For Heart
Congratulations Calmar Elementary School! Our school had the goal of raising $2000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation through our Jump Rope for Heart campaign. We have raised $2765! Although we have finished our event, students can continue to accept donations for two more weeks. This will increase their opportunities to receive thank you e-card prizes from the Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well. Amazing work, everyone!

Hot Lunch Information
Many classes are now booking end of the year field trips. This means that some of you may have ordered a hot lunch for your child, and it will no longer be needed. Please check on the CES calendar @ https://ces.blackgold.ca/calendar/ to see if your child’s class has a field trip booked for a hot lunch Friday. Please feel free to cancel your order and you will receive a credit on your account for a future hot lunch order. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible so you do not miss the cancellation deadline. If you wish to keep your order please let your child’s teacher know so it can be put aside for pick up anytime after 11:45 am on the day of the field trip. Thank you!
